Introduction: What Accessibility Means in Media
Accessibility in media means creating advertisements, television shows, forms of art, etc. that cater to those who have disabilities. Accessibility in media is recognizing that not everyone has the ability to see or hear and it is important that we acknowledge that community when working in media. Accessibility is using titles that are clear for those who cannot hear. It is also using language and sounds affects to help those who cannot see understand better. I uploaded three versions of my video because one is just audio, one is just visuals, and one is both together. I did this so that those of the visually impaired, hearing impaired, and every day person could enjoy my video.
